Launch of the new queer young romance duet by Andreas Dutter centred on the trending topic of academic love and lovable nerds
In the beautiful Amberhill Cottage in Glasgow, two queer high-flyer PhD students come together in a shared flat: Quentin (24, historian) and Cormac (23, meteorologist). They have the prospect of a generous inheritance from the late Professor Francesco Romeo Segreto if they complete their doctorates in the allotted time. Quentin is a penniless orphan and this is his only chance to pursue his dream career. He does everything he can to get the inheritance. Massimo, the son of the deceased professor, soon turns up at their house. Fresh back from his holiday, there is one thing he doesn't want above all else: to settle for the compulsory share of his father's inheritance, who has spent his whole life looking after the university and never his son. If the two flatmates fail to complete their doctorates, his father has arranged for this share to revert to Massimo.
