Bitta Boerger ist seit 2008 Yoga-Lehrerin in München und im Chiemgau. Nach einigen Fortbildungen mit Fokus auf Traumatherapie unterrichtet sie neben kräftigem Vinyasa Yoga und Yoga-Therapie auch traumasensibles Yoga. 2018 gründet sie die Yoga-Schule Lovelysita in Prien am Chiemsee. Sie leitet die dortigen Ausbildungen, unterrichtet Gruppen mit Trauma-Patienten, gibt Einzelsitzungen und veranstaltet Retreats.
