  • 111 vegan home remedies for better health and to protect the earth
  • With an introduction by ProVeg, the globally active nutrition organisation that advocates a plant-based lifestyle
  • With a seasonal calendar, shopping lists and tips for the vegan medicine cabinet

To live the vegan life does not automatically mean that you eat healthily. Dr Annette Kerckhoff and Julia Schneider are competent experts on this topic. Their book reveals which vegan foods are healthy not only for people but also for the earth, and how you can support your body in the best possible way. Furthermore, there are plant-based recipes with which you can prevent common complaints or treat them at home. Be it iron deficiency, joint pain or a cough - there is a healthy and vegan treatment for everything.
