Holistic and individual - the key to your health

It is still almost a secret. Women become ill in a different way to men. Some illnesses like autoimmune diseases, eating disorders or sleep disorders affect women much more frequently. Even with typical widespread diseases, the complaints, symptoms or progression can be different for women.

Dr. med. Franziska Rubin discusses contemporary gender research and shows possibilities for the modern treatment of women. Furthermore, the expert for natural medicine recommends approaches using holistic treatment for women. She is convinced that the best medicine for women is a combination of tailored conventional medicine with the best natural therapies. Plus household remedies and lifestyle tips to succeed in getting healthy.

“Women have different symptoms and react differently to medicines, medical treatments and procedures than men do. Therefore, they need another medicine.” Dr. med. Franziska Rubin
