The Book of Foot Healing

From the medical practice to everyday practice: foot exercises that really help Feet are the basis upon which we stand throughout our lives. If your feet are healthy, then you are healthy. Experienced body therapist Inka Jochum demonstrates simple exercises to keep feet healthy, ease pain and heal foot conditions. Alongside instructions for massages, exercises for perception and mindfulness, there is a training programme that strengthens and vitalises all parts of the foot. A concluding section is dedicated to specific aid for foot conditions, e.g., bunions and calcaneal spur. Clear instructions and precise photos make doing the exercises at home easy and effective.
