Only 24 hours to catch a murderer: The Hamburg police investigate a storm surge!
A huge hurricane is approaching Hamburg. While water police officer Tom Bendixen is working flat out to prepare the harbour for a storm surge, the body of an African man is found in the Elbe. Homicide investigator Jonna Jacobi discovers that the dead man was on a container ship that has just entered the harbour. When the ship is searched, the water police discover a stowaway with a small child - and a crew member appears to be missing. Jonna asks Charlotte from Victim Protection to look after the frightened mother. Meanwhile, warning level 3 is in force and the harbour is evacuated. But somewhere on the premises, another stowaway is in mortal danger, and the police aren't the only ones looking for him as a witness ...
