Katharina Middendorf

Well known yoga expert Katharina Middendorf has a Masters in communication and as an author she writes about yoga, partnerships and counselling. In 2008, she developed the yoga method nivata® and since then, she has trained yoga teachers. As an alternative practitioner for psychotherapy, she deploys the yoga therapy developed by her, her knowledge and her experience in aid of the human healing process. In her work as a couples and sexual therapist with both individuals and couples, the topics of intimacy and self-determination are important elements. Katharina Middendorf lives with her partner and her four children in Berlin.
