This story is wonderful for sending little ones to sleep
While playing hide and seek with his friend, the Little Squirrel, the Little Raccoon doesn’t notice that it has already gotten dark. Mother Blackbird tells the pair that they should go home. The friends quickly go their separate ways home. Because he can barely see anything and there are noises in the forest, the Little Raccoon suddenly feels uncomfortable. Fortunately, he meets a glow worm who shows him the way home. Overjoyed, the Little Raccoon snuggles into his mother, who calms him to sleep, “Do not be afraid. Think of the little light that showed you the way home. The light is stronger than any shadow.”
