Neuro-Yoga

Practicing yoga can, in the truest sense of the word, shape one’s mind. This sensational insight is documented for the first time in this book. Well-known yoga teacher Anna Trökes and scientist Bettina Knothe examine current neuroscience and consciousness research and find astonishing parallels between the ancient science of India and Western research’s most recent discoveries: yoga not only strengthens the body but also sends healing signals which “write themselves” onto the brain’s deepest structures.
