Bernhard Moestl, born in 1970 in Vienna, lived in Asia for many years. He gives leadership seminars and coaches under the brand name brainworx internationally and is the author of many successful works of non-fiction. He gathered most of the important experiences for his life and his thoughts during his stay in the famous Shaolin monastery in the Chinese province Henan, where he lived with the monks and studied their daily routine and the power of their thoughts.
