The Shaolin Path to Successful Change

We often feel helpless when we get stuck. Taking new paths frightens us. We would like to act more freely, tackle things, and reshape our lives. Bestselling author Bernhard Moestl shows in eight simple steps how we can learn not to see change as a threat, but instead to accept the necessity of transformation, develop our own plans, and implement them. By following the methods of the Shaolin, we recognise what we truly want and act independently and freely.
