The Shaolin Way of Winning

In work, family, and public life: We are attacked daily. Drawing from Tai-Chi, Kung-Fu, and other forms of self-defence, bestselling author Bernhard Moestl applies his experience to the needs of modern everyday life, showing how we can assess opponents and respond appropriately. This way, a fight is finished before it has even begun. This requires us to become clear about our own desires and potential. Once we are aware of our vulnerabilities, we can minimise them and learn to successfully pursue our own goals – and win like a Shaolin. Bernhard Moestl shows how we can increase our assertiveness, implement our own plans, and live the life we envision.
