Birgit Schönberger

Birgit Schönberger is a journalist and a business coach. For over twenty years, she has been writing title stories for the magazines Psychologie Heute, Brigitte, Stern Gesund Leben and other leading magazines with a focus on psychology, holistic health and spirituality. Furthermore, she works as a gestalt coach in her own practice, primarily with female managers. She discovered the healing effect of meditation in her mid-twenties. Since 2009, she has intensively practised Zen and has been a meditation teacher for introduction seminars, meditation days and a Zen group in Berlin.
