We don‘t talk about such things

The new book by the no. 1 best-selling author

Nothing is more exciting than taboos — the doctor for dermatology and venereology openly speaks about every taboo concerning the human body

“Taboos are more or less my daily bread. In my practice, I meet people who feel like a stranger – with their own bodies. People who have long suffered silently, who feel ashamed and ... say nothing. They have rashes in very private places, their bottoms itch, think they may have contracted a sexually transmitted disease or have problems in bed. But those who dare address their personal taboos stop the conditions holding power over them. This book should encourage readers to do just that: I want to help my readers understand what is happening to their bodies. When they finish reading, they will hopefully know that they are not alone! There is no embarrassing condition that does not plague other people too.” Yael Adler
