How I work undercover to fight the madness of factory farming

  • Meat has got a bad name - Germany’s best known animal rights activist tells us why

  • The background to the fight against industrial meat production

  • For critical consumers and food-conscious readers

In 2012, Friedrich Mülln founded the “SOKO Tierschutz” organisation and he is now the face of German animal rights activism. There is barely a scandal that he has not unearthed. Now, for the first time he tells of his undercover research with hidden cameras, whistleblowers and cutting edge technology. He tells of his nighttime deployments in fattening farms or large abattoirs. His shocking and evocative stories hit home to an alarmed public, in which increasingly more people are ready to critically assess their behaviour and to reduce or give up their meat consumption.
