The Flower Painter

Bonn during the German Empire: Defiant Victoria is to be tamed by her great aunt Josefa. However, Josefa sees herself in Victoria and takes her to her factory where Victoria soon becomes known as a porcelain painter. However, when she falls in love with the impoverished nobleman Leonhard von Rothenberg, she immediately has both families against her. While Josefa suspects Leonhard of being a dowry hunter, Victoria who is beset by scandal is deemed an utterly unsuitable match by the Rothenbergs. And so it happens that in an era of upheaval, Victoria chooses her own path...
