Pilates for Men

For TV presenter Matthias Opdenhövel, pilates is one of the most effective sports. It provides men with ideal exercises for holistic fitness. The programme, developed with his trainer, Mariam Younossi, is not only the best prevention to stop conditions from even starting, but it also optimally mobilises and stabilises all parts of the body. Agility and balance are promoted, injuries are avoided, posture is improved and a natural radiance is developed. The exercises are shown by Matthias Opdenhövel on pilates equipment and as “pilates on the go” on the mat. The impact of every exercise is explained and made accessible thanks to the personal experiences of the popular sports presenter.
