After studying at Aachen university, Prof. Dr Stephan Roth continued his training at the urology clinic in Düren in Rheinland to become a specialist. As a recipient of a grant from the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinshaft, he studied for two years at universities in Paris, Renne and Harvard in Boston. He then worked for six years at the urology department of Universitätsklinik in Münster as the managing senior physician. 25 years ago in 1997, he was appointed by Witten/Herdecke University as head of the urology department at the university hospital. In 2015, he was the president of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Urologie (German urology society).

Prof. Dr. med. Friedrich-Carl von Rundstedt

Prof. Dr. Friedrich-Carl von Rundstedt hat nach dem Studium an den Universitäten in Leipzig und Rom seine Facharztausbildung an der Helios-Universitätsklinik in Wuppertal absolviert. Als Stipendiat der deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaftging er 2013 an das Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, wo er im Verlauf eine Spezialisierung in urologischer Onkologie und minimal-invasiver Chirurgie durchlief. 2016 wurde er leitender Oberarzt an der urologischen Klinik der Universität Jena. Seit 2019 ist er Klinikdirektor der Urologie an der Helios-Universitätsklinik in Wuppertal.
