  • A call to citizens and politicians: stop delaying, act now!
  • For many people Rita Süssmuth is a moral authority

The angry manifesto of the grande dame of German politics

The Covid 19 pandemic has painfully illustrated how Germany is lagging behind in many fields. Rita Süssmuth warns: The waiting must stop, we have to act now! In doing so, she looks at the developments brought about by the global pandemic - the good and also the bad. What can we still rely on? What urgent action is needed in regard to education, the agricultural turnaround, transport policy and climate change? What calls for actions can and must be derived from the Christian faith?
The new book by Rita Süssmuth - for a time in which good advice is more important than ever.

"Not a day goes by without some shocking news. And it is becoming increasingly clear: we have no more time to wait in the face of current developments. We have to act now.” Rita Süssmuth
