Susanne Seethaler worked for twenty years as a bookseller and became famous as the “Bavarian Zen chef” thanks to the BR TV station. She is a successful author, who once a week works out of passion as a chef and runs workshops and seminars on “mindful cooking”. She assisted the famous Zen chef Edward Espe Brown at his seminars in Europe. Susanne Seethaler lives in Munich.
